Property
The care of books or other materials belonging to the
school is the responsibility of each student. Damage to or
destruction of the school's property is a serious offense.
Parents/guardian must pay for lost books or any damage
done by the student. School records will be held until all
debts - book related are paid in full.
- Any student who writes or draws graffiti inside or outside
on school property will be subject to disciplinary
action including suspension.
- Fire alarm boxes must not be tampered with. This is a
violation of Group 4 of the Uniform Discipline Code
and is illegal.
- At the beginning of the school year, teachers will send
home a list of supplies needed. Only those items on the
list are to be brought to school It is the parents'/
guardians' responsibility to make sure that supplies are
maintained throughout the year.
- Beepers, pagers, radios, tape recorders, electronic
games/ cartridges, makeup, body sprays, mirrors,
markers or any other items not on the school supply
list are not permitted and are subject to confiscation.
In addition, the provision of the Uniform Discipline
Code (Group 4) will apply.
- Rolling backpacks must be able to fit in the lockers
Note: Students are assigned two (2) to a locker
Unauthorized Possession of Cellular Telephones Cellular telephones are allowed only for certain special
circumstances after a written request from a parent or
legal guardian to the principal is approved. Unauthorized
items will be confiscated.
