Students who need to be excused before the scheduled end
of the school day must have a parent or guardian report to
the office to complete an early dismissal form. The parent
or guardian should arrive before, or no later than, 1:00
p.m. to provide:
the name of the person coming to pick up the child
the date
the reason for the early dismissal
the time of departure from school
Only those persons whose names are listed by
the parent or guardian on the emergency form may pick
up the student. A telephone call or note requesting that the
student be dismissed is not sufficient and the student will
not be released.
