For everyone's safety, children on school buses are
expected to behave at all times and obey the following
rules:
Sit in the seat assigned by the driver or school staff.
Do not open the window without the driver's
permission
Do not talk to the driver unless absolutely necessary
Do not asked to be dropped off anywhere other than the
regular bus stop
Do not throw anything on or outside the bus
Do not move around on the bus when it is in motion
Do not touch the emergency doors or the fire
extinguishers
In an emergency, stay in your seat until the driver gives
directions
Safe bus riding rules are part of the Uniform Discipline
Code. Children who disobey these rules may have bus service
withdrawn and/or be suspended. Parents will be informed
by the school before bus service is suspended.
Bus service may be restored when your child can behave
properly during the bus ride.
